Admissions Process

We Accept Families Not Individuals

The Steps

  • Consider what Providence Classical Academy has to offer, and pray for wisdom in deciding whether or not this is the right direction for your family.

  • Review our statement of faith and supporting documents to ensure you don’t have any substantive disagreements.

  • Fill out an application form for each student you are seeking to enroll. Application link here.

  • After we have reviewed the application we will schedule a family interview with the parents and all school-aged children.

  • During the interview we will also perform an assessment with the prospective student to ensure they are ready for the desired grade placement.

  • Our board will review all the information gathered and pray over the decision as to whether to accept or deny the family.

Fee Schedule

Application Fee – ($50 / Family + $25 / Student)

The application can be filled out at this link. Our board reviews each family application and will follow up with the parent(s) to schedule a family interview and student assessment.

Enrollment Fee – $200 / Student

After a student has been accepted to PCA the family will pay the enrollment fee which secures the student’s spot in the class, and the school will begin to assemble their school supplies for the student.

Curriculum – $100 – $200 / Student

PCA has partnered with Memoria Press for the school curriculum. Each family is responsible for ordering the curriculum prior to the school year. The parents will be provided with a link where they can purchase the necessary books and materials.

Uniforms – $100 or More / Student

PCA uses Lands End for school uniforms. Parents will be provided with a website link where they can shop for their student uniforms that have been pre-approved.

Tuition

Tuition can be paid all at once for a 5% discount. Parents can also pay in semester or monthly installments.

Pre–K (3-4 or 4-5)– $1,500

Kindergarten through 2nd Grade – $1,750
