School: Providence Classical Academy
Location: Grace Bible Church of Conway, 1689 Middle Road, Conway, Arkansas 72032
Schedule: Two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
School Year: The Week of August 26th, 2024 through the Week of May 19th, 2025 (34 Weeks of Class)
Breaks: Thanksgiving Fall (1-week), Christmas (3-weeks), and Spring break (1-week)

Providence Classical Academy is a Classical Christian School that offers a unique private/homeschool hybrid education model. We are committed to providing a Christ-centered, classical education to our students, fostering both academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Elementary Teacher who embodies godly character, charisma, and a passion for teaching young children. As an integral part of our educational team, you will help shape the minds and hearts of our students through a classical Christian curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Teach elementary-level classes for students on campus two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in alignment with our classical Christian education model.

• Foster a positive, nurturing, and disciplined classroom environment.

• Collaborate with parents to support and guide home satellite day instruction for the remaining three days of the week.

• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• A heart for Christ and a passion for Christian education.

• Strong character and charisma, with the ability to connect with and inspire young children.

• Aptness to teach and a willingness to learn and adapt to classical Christian education methods.

• While a college degree is not required, candidates must be committed to ongoing professional development and training provided by the school.
